Arrival Time

In order to have the best experience, we invite clients to arrive 10 minutes early for bookings to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, use the bathroom, fill out any necessary forms and choose from the vast range of colors and designs available. As a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honored. Treatments begun late will be shortened in consideration of the next client.

Gift Cards

If paying with a gift card you must give details at time of booking. Gift cards must be presented at reception upon arrival for the booked treatment. Failure to attend an appointment will result in full or partial payment for your visit to be deducted from your gift certificate. We will however honor the remaining balance of the voucher for future use.

Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months. Chloe Beauty will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.
Gift certificates may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. Change will not be given, but the balance will remain on the voucher until its expiration date.

Lost Property

We ask clients to look after their property while at Chloe Beauty as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended.

Service Prices

All prices on the services page and booking site are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be incorrectly priced. Where an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or technical error, Chloe Beauty shall have the right to refuse or cancel any service listed with an incorrect price.

Privacy

Rest assured your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information we collect from you. We do not share any of your personal information with any third party organizations.

Refunds

All purchases are final and we are unable to exchange or refund.

Promotions

Various promotional offers are run throughout the year, date and time restrictions may apply. Offers may not be used in conjunction with each other. Chloe Beauty reserves the right to cancel any promotions running at any given time.

The Right to Refuse Treatments

Please note we reserve the right to refuse treatments; disrespect and rudeness towards Chloe Beauty staff will not be tolerated.

Chloe Beauty reserves the right to amend Terms of Service as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this.
